NPAM NP Survey 2014

The purpose of this survey is to better understand Nurse Practitioners (NPs) who practice in Maryland. This survey is being conducted by the Membership/PR Committee of the Nurse Practitioner Association of Maryland (NPAM). You have been invited to participate in this survey because you are a NP practicing in the State of Maryland. You do not need to be a member of NPAM to participate.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary. You may choose not to participate. If you decide to participate in this survey, you may stop participating at any time. 

This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. To help protect your confidentiality, your responses will remain confidential, and we do not collect identifying information such as your name, email address or IP address. The survey questions include demographic data, clinical practice information, and your membership in NPAM.

The results of this survey will be used by NPAM to plan appropriate outreach activities for Maryland NPs and may be shared with our membership.
