As a business operator in the Northern Outback, we hope that you will participate in the 2012 Stanwell Northern Outback Business Awards.
The "Northern Outback" encompasses Burke, Carpentaria, Cloncurry, Croydon, Etheridge, Flinders, McKinlay, Mount Isa and Richmond Shires - and Indigenous communities of Doomadgee and Mornington Island.
The Northern Outback Business Awards is an initiative of the Northern Outback Business Network that comprises of the Mount Isa Chamber of Commerce, Queensland Government (Regional Services - North West Service Centre), The North West Star and the Mount Isa City Council to recognise and encourage better business outcomes in the region.
These awards are a prime opportunity to recognise and reward the efforts and achievements of businesses throughout the region - which includes the recognition of the outstanding contributions made to the growth of our economy and showcase the vibrant information and progression from the region's businesses.
There will also be a series of free workshops to assist you in developing your answers.
