TOGA Workforce Survey - CONFIDENTIAL

WILL YOU HAVE THE WORKFORCE YOU NEED TO OPERATE PROFITABLY IN 5 YEARS?
Planscape Inc., in association with TCI Management Consultants and Regional Analytics Inc., has been retained by The Ontario Greenhouse Alliance (TOGA) to prepare a summary of labour-related issues facing the Ontario greenhouse sector and to develop a strategic plan to ensure greenhouse farmers have the workforce they need to thrive. An important part of this study is to hear directly from greenhouse farmers regarding their workforce issues and concerns and possible strategic actions TOGA could take to address them.
The following survey is your opportunity to provide input. The survey will take approximately 40 minutes to complete and all answers provided will remain confidential. Access to company human resources records may prove helpful in the completion of the survey. The survey questions apply to operations under cover only.
Investment in this project has been provided by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada through the Canadian Agricultural Adaptation Program (CAAP). In Ontario, this program is delivered by the Agricultural Adaptation Council.
