Dear participant:
I am a graduate student in the Doctoral Program of Industrial Organizational Psychology PUCPR. As part of the requirements of the Graduate Program in Industrial Organizational Psychology will be an investigation. It is about the relationship between the five personality factors and their influence on the pilot's interpersonal relations at work. This research is a prerequisite for my doctorate in philosophy with a concentration in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
You have been invited to participate in this research by answering the questionnaires.
The information obtained through this study will be kept strictly confidential and your name will not be used. You have the right to withdraw consent for participation at any time. The study involves no risk and confers no benefit. There is no compensation for participating.
Study results will be available in the reserve room at the Puerto Rico Valdés Library of the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico at Ponce.
