PURPOSE: On December 10, 2013 the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will be holding a hearing relevant to expanding the list of medications that are approved for the treatment of fibromyalgia. The National Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain Association (NFMCPA) intends to present evidence at this hearing. The FDA is particularly interested in learning more about symptoms that matter most to fibromyalgia patients and their experiences with different types of treatment. In order to provide the FDA with the most up-to-date evidence, we are asking patients with fibromyalgia and other chronic pain conditions to complete the following survey.
