An Introduction to NEXT's Professional Assessment Tool
We are delighted you have decided to use the Professional Assessment Tool of NEXT: The Professional Learning Program for Supplementary School Teachers. The Professional Assessment is designed to help you reflect upon different aspects of your work as a Supplementary School Teacher so that you can appraise your strengths and areas that need growth. We hope that you will use the results of the Professional Assessment in order to develop a Professional Growth Plan.
If you choose to develop a Professional Growth Plan with a NEXT coach, the results of this Assessment will be a valuable tool in that process.
You will receive a copy of your completed Professional Assessment. It will not be shared with anyone except the NEXT coaches and mentors without your permission.
