Thank you for your interest in NEW Northwest Arkansas 2015 Mentoring Program. We are excited about this robust program we are implementing this year! In 2015, we plan on providing members resources, tools and mixers to enhance their mentoring experience. The first step is to complete the online profile, even if you have completed a profile in the past, this triggers our match process for the 2015 program.
Please take into consideration the program guidelines before you make your commitment.
* The mentor program is a one year commitment.
* Expectations are that Mentor/Mentee will connect on a monthly basis through one on one meeting, conference call and/or NEW Mentoring Mixer.
* Mentor/Mentee assignments will be made as new profile submissions are received, matches will be made within 30 days of submission date.
* Profile Matches will be made, to our best ability, based upon areas of strengths and/or focus as defined in the on line profiles.
* This year's Mentoring program will include an option to receive a mentor as a Northwest Arkansas Community College Retail Analyst student. The expected commitment is 6 months for this program. If you are an NWACC student in the retail analyst program please complete this profile to be matched with a mentor. If you are interested in mentoring an NWACC student please submit the mentor profile.
