Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Long County Middle School is a designated FOCUS School which means achievement gaps exist between specific subgroups of students. If your child currently attends grades six through eight in Long County, he or she may have the opportunity to participate in the Flexible Learning Program required of all FOCUS schools in Georgia. This program was offered after school during the 2012-13 school year. The FLP provides additional academic tutoring and support to students based on specific selection criteria. To help make the program better in 2013-14, we are surveying parents, guardians, and community members for information about their experiences and needs in relation to the program.
