Thank you for submitting a proposal for the 2015 Maine Land Conservation Conference. The Conference will be held on Friday and Saturday, April 24th and 25th, at the Mt. Ararat Middle School and Orion Performing Arts Center in Topsham, Maine. We are accepting proposals in all topic areas for half-day seminars and field trips on Friday, as well as 90-minute workshops on Saturday.

Please submit your proposal(s) no later than Wednesday, December 3rd, 2014. Please submit one proposal at a time. If you have any questions about your proposal or the process for submission, please contact Donna Bissett at dbissett@mcht.org or 207-729-7366.

Please be sure you are available to attend the Conference before submitting your proposal!

Your submission must be completed in one sitting. Once you exit the survey, or if your computer times out, you will have to start your submission again. Please go to http://mltn.org/meetings/conservation-conference.php to find out all the information you will need to complete your submission BEFORE you begin filling out the form.

If the planning committee selects your Saturday workshop proposal, you will receive free admission to the Saturday event, including plenary session, exhibits and lunch. Contact Marj Whitman (mwhitman@mcht.org) if you are interested in having an exhibit table for a small additional fee. You are responsible for paying for your own travel expenses.

If the planning committee selects your Friday seminar or field trip proposal, you will receive free admission to the Friday evening reception.
