The Monroe County Energy Challenge (MCEC) is a collaboration between several public, private and non-profit partners in Monroe County to compete in the Georgetown University Energy Prize. The Prize, a $5 million award, will be awarded to the community which best:
1) fosters innovative approaches to energy efficiency,
2) educates the public on energy issues, and
3) grows the market for products and services which enhance energy efficiency.
The following 5 minute survey will help the MCEC develop and implement a strong, collaborative plan for increasing energy efficiency for Monroe County residential users.
