1. Middletown Recreation and Open Space Master Plan Survey Questions

The Middletown Planning Board is working to develop a Recreation and Open Space Master Plan for the town. The plan will evaluate existing facilities and the needs of the community, and provide recommendations for how the town can meet recreation facilities and open space needs into the future. The plan will also serve as the recreation and open space element of the Middletown Comprehensive Community Plan which is currently being updated. The planning process includes extensive opportunities for public input, including this online survey, stakeholder interviews, and a public forum scheduled for April 22nd.
