NYSCC Member Programs Directory |
The New York State Cancer Consortium (NYSCC) is developing a member directory to catalog member programs in support of one or more of the priority areas in the NYS Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan 2012-2017.
For the purposes of this directory, we consider a program to be any activity or initiative that addresses one or more Plan priority area. Examples of programs include individual research initiatives or services that address a specific client need (e.g. legal services, support groups, patient navigation, etc.). The self-reported member program information will be compiled and made available to all NYSCC members on the NYSCC website and will serve as an important tool to foster networking and collaboration opportunities among members throughout the state. We may also contact you to highlight your programs on the NYSCC homepage or in the NYSCC newsletters or BLASTs. If you need assistance with this online form, please email nyscccp@cancer.org.
For your program to be listed in the January 2015 Directory, the survey must be completed by December 1, 2014.
