Background

This survey is part of an initiative to determine if it is possible to introduce a defined multi-speciality approach to training clinical academics that will produce a sustainable clinical academic workforce.

A clinical academic is defined as a leader who has acquired specific training and experience in research and/or education and who has chosen to make these a significant part of their professional career.

We want to find out from you what your organisation is currently doing and what it might be considering in the future.

The information retrieved from this survey will be used to propose models of training pathways for clinical academics, for further consideration.
