This is a required form to maintain integrity of the data and process for data collection through the International Review Board (IRB). This survey is part of a doctoral study on the Value of the Visual Practice.
Thank you for your interest in participating in the study of the Value of Visual Practitioners

Purpose:
The purpose of this survey is to determine the measurable benefits of using visual practitioners and/or their methods in meetings and trainings. The intent is to improve the effectiveness of the practice as well as how it is applied in business environments.

Process:
This survey should take 5 minutes. You have received this online survey as part of the extended networks of visual practitioners, their clients and their peers. You have been selected based on your exposure to visual practice in meetings and learning environments and/or presentations. The data collected will be compiled and presented as overview and individual input will remain anonymous. You will be asked some basic demographic information for the purpose of applying the data effectively. This will not be shared, but rather helps to cluster the data accordingly. The rest of the questions will refer specifically to your experience in the value of using visual practitioners versus traditional meetings, trainings or presentations.
Results:
The report will be be made available for download on http://forbesoste.com/research and will be used as part of doctoral dissertation on Leadership in the New Social Paradigm.

Once you complete the survey, you will be given the opportunity to provide a personal testimonial wherein you may opt to remain anonymous or to share your identity. Your email will be required for verification purposes only.
