Participant Letter of Agreement

Outcomes
I have reviewed the project description on the wiki. I understand that the Foundation has the following definitions of success for the project:

A Peer Learning Group about using measurement to improve results for networked approaches and social media
Grantees implement techniques discussed on the call and share their insights with other grantees

Time Commitment
I understand that my organization will need to commit the following time to the project:

Attend and engage fully in the monthly conference calls

Apply one technique or idea based on the calls

Apply some of the techniques discussed at the monthly calls and report on results

Allocate at least 1 hours per week of staff time on the action learning activities

Allow designated staff to participate in the monthly conference calls and ensure they are ready to discuss and share what they're learning

Participate in a private Facebook group to communicate with the trainer and their peers in between sessions.

Maintain a journal sharing insights about practice following each conference call – this can be one or two sentences.
