Thanks in part to a grant provided by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), in partnership with the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), the City of McKinney has the opportunity to implement a pilot program that would provide round-trip commuter shuttle bus service between the City of McKinney and the DART-Parker Road Light Rail Station in the City of Plano. Still in the early stages of implementation planning, City Staff needs your help to better understand what the local needs are for this type of service. Please help us by answering the eight simple questions below.

For questions or comments about this anticipated future service, please contact Jennifer Arnold, Senior Planner with the City of McKinney at 972.547.7407 or by email at jarnold@mckinneytexas.org.
