Dear McComb School District Stakeholder:
As you know, the McComb School District has embarked upon a journey to develop a world-class school system. This is a laudable and exciting goal. To assist in this journey, Dr. Cederick Ellis, with the support of the School Board, has engaged P3 Strategies, LLC, to facilitate the strategic planning initiative. This strategic planning process is foundational to the goal of achieving a world class school system. Input from all stakeholders is key to developing and implementing a successful plan. The voice of the business community needs to be heard.
This survey is being administered to assist the Strategic Plan Working Group appointed by Superintendent Ellis to develop recommendations for his consideration. This survey has been designed to gather your opinion on some important facets of education. It takes about 15 minutes to complete. The responses to the survey will be tabulated, analyzed and will inform the strategic direction of the McComb School District.
As business leaders, you understand the importance of a quality education. Be sure your voice is heard in this planning process. Please respond to the survey by Friday, September 12, 2014. You and every citizen of McComb is a stakeholder in the public education delivered to the children of the community. We all know and understand that the education professionals employed by the McComb District cannot educate their students without your support and guidance. It is essential that we continuously improve what we do and how we do it for the benefit of individual students and the future of the city. Now, more than ever, the McComb School District must deliver a world-class education to its students. Superintendent Ellis needs your input to make that happen.
