Food Access, Security and Health Survey |

You are being asked to complete this survey for the Massachusetts State Food System Plan because you represent an organization that provides services or support in the areas of food access, food security and/or health. The Massachusetts State Food System Plan will emphasize state-level recommendations to strengthen our food system. The Plan will identify strategies to “reduce hunger and food insecurity” and “increase the availability of fresh, healthy food to all residents” among other goals.
We are seeking your insight into the challenges and solutions that you and/or your clients or constituents see with respect to obtaining healthy food and/or food that is produced locally (within Massachusetts or New England). Your responses will help us develop recommendations to be included in the Massachusetts Food System Plan, which will come out in early 2016.
This survey will take about 15 minutes. Please do not close your browser window after you start, or your responses will be lost. Your answers are anonymous and we will not collect or sell any personal information. The survey will be open until Wednesday, March 4, 2015.
