Thank you for your interest in CRE's "Introduction to Organizational Effectiveness Model" seminar in Manhattan!

We all have big visions for how our agencies can address and solve the problems facing our communities. Some of the challenges in realizing those visions are making sure that our missions are clear and focused, and aligning and articulating what the intended impacts are and all the resources and efforts that go into making them happen. This session will help agencies understand the basic components of organizational effectiveness that they can use to strengthen their organizations, plan for the future and communicate it to others.

By the end of CRE's "Introduction to Organizational Effectiveness Model" which is a short, two-hour seminar, participants will have an increased understanding of:
•A basic overview of nonprofits
•CRE’s organizational effectiveness model
•The importance of focused and effective programs, high performing staff, and strong finances
•The role leaders have in moving an organization forward
•How to assess their organizations’ assets and gaps
