The Maplewood Police Department is conducting the 2nd annual Community Safety Survey to collect important feedback about crime, traffic, and quality-of-life issues. Quality-of-life concerns might be those concerns that impact neighborhood livability (such as noise, loud vehicles, unkempt properties, etc).

Survey respondents remain completely anonymous. Survey data will be used to assist the Police Department in identifying strategic policing priorities for 2015. The information is also useful in determining community perception about the source and severity of crime and quality-of-life problems.

The survey will be accessible from October 30, 2014 through November 28, 2014, at which time survey results will be analyzed. Any information received that pertains to other City departments will be provided to the appropriate staff. Once analyzed, the data will be published on the City website (Police Department page).

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. The survey is designed so that those completing it can respond as either a resident of Maplewood or as a person whose workplace is in Maplewood.

The Maplewood Police Department thanks you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you have specific questions, comments, or concerns.
