This short questionnaire aims to understand the preferences of professional women in the UK on an extended (longer-than-maternity leave) career break. Specifically we are investigating the appeal of a returning professional internship ('returnship') as a route back into the corporate workplace.
The questionnaire should take no more than 5 minutes to complete
NOTE: Please only complete this questionnaire if 1) you currently live in the UK 2) you are female 3) you are on a longer-than-maternity career break 4) you previously worked in a professional/managerial role 5) you are intending to return to work at some point in the future

Julianne Miles is a Chartered Psychologist & the Co-Founder of Women Returners (www.womenreturners.com), a consulting and network organisation which specialises in the return-to-work of professional women after a long career break. The Women Returners Professional Network provides support,advice and coaching to individuals. Women Returners for Business works with organisations to develop corporate returnship programmes.
