MPICT Center Survey

The purpose of the survey you are receiving is to gather evidence of MPICT’s quality and effectiveness. 
It will take between 5 and 15 minutes depending on your level of involvement with MPICT.  All responses will be kept confidential by the external evaluator for MPICT.
