* 9. Financial Assistance:
Tuition for the 7-month class is $275.00. Upon notification of selection, class members are required to submit a non-refundable $50.00 deposit to hold their place in the class. The balance of the tuition ($225.00) must be paid in full by the January 2016 meeting. Expenses to attend 24-hour retreats, such as travel, lodging, and meals outside of the retreat itself are not included and are the responsibility of the participant. Tuition, including the $50.00 deposit, is non-refundable.

Partial scholarships are available as are payment plans. Do you require financial assistance in order to participate?

Yes, I would need a partial scholarship to participate. I understand I would still be asked to pay a $50 deposit.

If you are requesting scholarship consideration, please briefly specify the circumstances of the need. This information will be provided to the committee considering such requests. You may also wish to request support from your local congregation. Many congregations are willing to assist with tuition costs for the program.

Moravian Leadership Network is a learning experience and requires attendance at its four scheduled face-to-face sessions as well as meaningful participation in online learning and readings. We understand that unusual circumstances may require an excused absence, but if participants miss more than one (1) retreat, she or he may not be able to finish the MLN program.

The size and make up of each Moravian Leadership Network class is carefully considered to ensure that it is broad-based, representing a variety of congregations, ages and professional, social, and ethnic backgrounds. This means that some highly-qualified applicants are not accepted the first year they apply. We encourage you to re-apply should you not be accepted this year.
