1. About the Multi Source Feedback Assessment
Thank you for taking the time to complete the Multi Source Feedback (MSF) Assessment. Please note that you are only asked to provide your name to ensure that you are a genuine assessor and that the same assessor does not complete the MSF more than once for IMG they are assessing. Your identity will not be disclosed. ONLY aggregated de-identified feedback will be provided to the IMG and the Chief Censor.
MSF is an assessment of trainee/ IMG behaviour, interactions and skills by a number and variety of observers who have direct interaction with the trainee/ IMG in the workplace. Assessors rate the trainee in a number of domains including team work, professionalism, empathy with patients and communication skills. Providing an honest assessment is to the trainee's benefit.
