Applicant Registration - RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMITS
As of March 1, 2014, the Department of Permitting Services will accept online plan submissions for Right-of-Way permits. Please join DPS staff for one of the information sessions listed below to learn how to use this new paperless process. All training sessions are 9:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.
DPS must create an ePlans account for you and/or your business. At least one week before your scheduled training date, you must provide your name, your business name, business address, phone number and email address.
