Thank you for your interest in attending a focus group regarding Massachusetts's licensure system and policies!
To provide a forum for a wide diversity of thoughtful views to be shared and considered, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has partnered with The Keystone Center, an independent non-profit organization with four decades of experience engaging stakeholders and the public in addressing important, complex issues. Throughout May and June, Keystone will facilitate focus groups throughout the state to hear from teachers, school leaders, district leaders, educator preparation program faculty and staff and others involved in preparing and supporting teachers. Input from these meetings will inform development of options for a revised educator licensure system.
Please note that focus group size is limited to 12 individuals at each meeting, so please register by completing this survey as soon as possible.
