Due to the lack of response from an interest from Pastors we are opening this survey up to everyone. This survey is to gain an understanding of the interest in a conference in Columbus, OH the weekend of November 14-16th featuring Dave Daubenmire, David Lankford, Greg Evensen, Russ Dizdar, John Kyle, and others, aimed at equipping the saints to deal with the end time apostasy and troubles that face the remnant church.
