1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Men’s Indoor, Squad Member On-Line Application.
The introduction page will provide you with an overview of the program and what to expect.
The Australian Men’s Indoor Team, will compete at the;
FIL 2015 Men’s World Indoor Lacrosse Championship,
Friday 18 – Saturday 26 September
to be held in Syracuse & Buffalo NY USA
1.2 APPLICATIONS
Squad Member Applications should be submitted by the,
Due Date; Friday 17 January 2014.
1.3 DOCUMENTS
Required documents, photos or scans, should also be submitted via email by the
Due Date; Friday 17 January 2014.
1.4 MEN’S INDOOR PIN NUMBER
Following receipt of your on-line Application, the ‘ALA Men’s Indoor’ bank account details and PIN will be emailed to each applicant on, Saturday 18 January.
Your Squad Member PIN is to be used for identification with all payments.
1.5 APPLICATION FEE (non refundable)
Payment of the Application Fee of $150 is required by the,
Due Date; Friday 24 January 2014.
Include your Squad Member PIN number with all payments.
Note: Applications will not be official, until payment and required documents are received.
1.6 SQUAD MEMBER COSTS
February Squad Camp, Sat 1 & Sun 2 Feb:
Flights to the camp will be arranged for the evening of Friday 31 January; with return flights for late afternoon of Sunday 2 February.
Squad Members travelling via car-pooling (min 3 per car) will be reimbursed for fuel costs.
Payment for February Squad Camp of $450, is required by the,
Due Date; Friday 24th January 2014
Include your Squad Member PIN number with all payments.
Squad Apparel and State Based Training sessions:
A cost of $200 will apply. This includes, Squad reversible, Squad shorts and State Based Training Sessions, March 2014 – January 2015
Payment of your apparel and SBT costs of $200, is required by the
Due Date; Friday 14th February 2014
1.7 SQUAD ANNOUNCEMENT
The Squad List will be posted on the ALA web site; www.lacrosse.com.au
on; Monday 27 January 2014.
1.8 LATE APPLICATIONS
Late applications will be considered and should also be completed on-line, with an email to ALA paul.mollison@lacrosse.com.au with the reason the application is late.
