PANO Listening to PA Survey--Please Tell Us About Your Community!

The purpose of PANO's Listening Tour is to start a dialogue around trust, connections and relationships in and between our communities throughout PA.

The information from this survey will be used to learn about the strengths, resources and needs of our communities, organizations and individuals, and to identify and share emerging themes in joining together for the work designed to build thriving communities—work that is already happening. Please plan for about 10 minutes to complete the survey.

Once survey comments have been transcribed, the results will be compiled with other listening tour data and reported under theme headings and regions/communities. When reporting on information gathered in this survey, nothing you say will be connected to your name or other identifying information you choose to share.
