In order to answer the following research questions, please begin by bringing to mind a memory of a time when you were working at your best. Maybe it was a project, a meeting, part of a specific team or any other business scenario appropriate to your line of work. Remember this time with as much clarity as you can; remember where you were, who was with you, what you were doing, how you felt. Please do this before answering the questions.
The objective of the Lipstick Leadership™ research is to:
• Explore female excellence in leadership and model behaviours that contribute towards excellence
• Explore female leadership responses to specific scenarios in the workplace in order to define behavioural preference in approach
Confidentiality will be maintained at all times; no personal information or details will be collected as part of the demographics or reported. Please be assured that all information will be held in the strictest confidence, and that no data will be used by or passed to third parties. The research report will contain results and themes as defined by the answers to the questions attached and cut by the demographics requested at the end of this survey.
