The purpose of this survey is to find out about hurtful situations students may have faced while at school, online, or by texting.
This survey is anonymous and voluntary. Try to answer all of the questions. Feel free to skip any that you do not understand, feel like answering, or are told to skip. This survey should take about 20 to 30 minutes to complete. It has questions that will help you think about your personal standards and actions.
Some definitions:
"While at school" includes at school, going to and from school, and school activities.
"Being hurtful" or "acted in a hurtful way" includes bullying, harassment, conflict, “drama,” hazing, and dating abuse.
"Digital technologies" includes the Internet and cell phone texting.
