DISCOVERY IN THE INFORMATION AGE

Professor Linda Krieger, esteemed civil rights litigator, and Elton Johnson, a highly respected and experienced paralegal at the firm of Starn, O’Toole, Marcu & Fisher, will examine technology and discovery in civil litigation. They will discuss the use of computerized discovery management systems and issues related to E-discovery.

Pupus and coffee will be provided.
