What: The LV Member Survey is a new initiative that Lacrosse Victoria has undertaken to explore the current participation and satisfaction of the lacrosse community. The results will help to improve LV’s services for its current and future members. The survey includes questions about:
- You and Lacrosse: Playing, Coaching, Officiating, Volunteering
- You and LV: Customer Service, Communications, Member Protection, Events
- You and Your Club
Who: All members of the Lacrosse community: Players, Coaches, Officials, Volunteers, Spectators, Club Committee Members, LV Sub-Committee Members, and LV Board Members.
We would appreciate a parent/guardian to assist young juniors with the survey. If a parent/guardian actively participates themselves, we kindly ask for you to fill out a second survey about your own participation.
When: The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. Please complete the survey by 30 November 2013.
Why: PRIZES to help your club grow!! LV understands that every club is under-resourced. To assist clubs with their recruitment of new players, the Club with the highest percentage of their membership to complete the survey will win 5 one hour clinics that LV will run for FREE in their local schools.
