Welcome! Thank you taking the time to register your interest in Women Make Coaching. The initiative aims to address the imbalance in the number of female coaches compared to male coaches, creating a more diverse workforce to drive the growth of female participation in sport.
Women Make Coaching is all about supporting women who want to improve a person’s experience in sport or physical activity.
Women Make Coaching is organised by County Sport Partnerships in the West Midlands who will provide tailored support based on your needs and aspirations.
We are working together across the region to celebrate and raise the profile of women in sport and physical activity.
Women Make Coaching is here to help you if you want to get started, develop or connect with other women in the community.

2) Would like support to develop your coaching

Once you have registered, you will be contacted within 14 days about opportunities in your County and receive the Women Make Coaching quarterly e-newsletter.
Women Make Coaching was created as a result of a partnership between the six County Sport Partnerships in the West Midlands:
Black Country Consortium,
Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire (CSW) Sport,
Energize Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin,
Sport Birmingham,
Sport Across Staffordshire and Stoke-On-Trent (SASSOT),
Sports Partnership Herefordshire and Worcestershire
and sportscoachUK, with a special mention to the seven County Sport Partnerships in the South East of England who have provided valuable advice and guidance as a result of their Project 500 initiative.
