Question Title

* 1. Dr. David Egleston and Mr. Jerry Lindman of the Lawrence Technological University, College of Management, invite you to participate in a survey of LTU student involvement in civic and community engagement. This research study looks at the types and frequency of activities LTU participate in and asks about future opportunities in which you might be interested.

If you agree to complete the survey, it will take you approximately 10 minutes. We will not ask you for your name or any identifying information. Although you may not receive any direct benefit for participating, we hope that this study will help us better understand how LTU students are, and would like to be, involved in their communities.

Researchers will not be able to link your survey responses to you. We will use this information to plan for a half-day seminar on civic and community engagement and may decide to publish the results of this study. However, we will not include any personal information that would identify you. Only aggregate data will be made available to anyone outside of the research team.

Participating in this study is completely voluntary. Even if you decide to participate now, you may change your mind and stop at any time. You may choose to not answer an individual question or you may skip any section of the survey/interview.
