This survey is one way of many that teachers get feedback on their teaching. Your opinion and personal experience is important, but please be respectful and remember the dignity of all in providing your answers. The twenty-two items in the five categories, Zeal, Rigor, Relevance, Reflection, and Relationship are important not only to effective teaching, but also to being an effective student. Your answers are anonymous. Teachers will see their results and the overall results for departments and school.
