NTRTS Top 25 2014 On-Line Nomination Form

Every year the North Texas Radiologic Technologist Society honors the top 25 medical imaging professionals in the North Texas region.

Honorees are chosen from peer nominations, selected and publicly honored for their exemplary dedication to their profession.

The 9th annual Top 25 Awards Luncheon event will be held at the Fort Worth Club
November 1, 2014

* 1. The honor of Top 25 is reserved for professionals that exceed in their field. Nominees must be R.T.s in North Texas.

Recent retirees (retired this year) are eligible as well as individuals practicing or teaching the art of Medical Imaging.

Professional society membership is greatly encouraged. Is your candidate a member of NTRTS, TSRT or ASRT?
