KOHC Planning Grant Stakeholder Survey on Campaign Goals

The Kentucky Oral Health Coalition (KOHC), with more than 60 members, has created a two year vision for Kentucky and we are on our way to kick off a statewide oral health literacy Campaign in 2014.

Over the past 8 months we have worked with key people to:
- Convene a planning design team to assist in developing a process for stakeholder engagement.
- Meet with stakeholders 3 times.
- Conduct 7 focus groups with 74 parents throughout the state thanks to the support of partners.
- Disseminate a survey to various health professionals and others to learn their thoughts about oral health literacy.
- Gain agreement on the "Vision of Impact" and the "Strategic Levers" necessary to move the work forward.
- Draft goals for the project.

We are now in the final stretch of planning and want to get your thoughts on prioritizing the goals for the campaign. This brief survey will give us the information we need to draft our proposal which is due December 19, 2013.
