The purpose of this survey is to validate and generate feedback on the roadmap and consultation document provided by email to you. The results of the survey will be used by the MovingLife project to refine and revise the initial version of the roadmap and consultation report. The questionnaire follows the same structure of the consultation report in asking questions on medical uptake, technical aspects and socio-economic aspects.
