The A4AI member survey is meant to track how well A4AI is engaging with our members, meeting program objectives, and identify areas for improvement. We would really appreciate your views as someone who has engaged with A4AI. The survey should only take about 15-30 minutes to complete.

The information that you provide will be used for the purpose of improving A4AI and its reporting to funders and members. A4AI is committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information. The only people who will have access to your name and email address are the A4AI team.

Survey responses will be reported in aggregate and your feedback will be kept anonymous. Specific examples of A4AI impact (increased awareness, prioritization and action on internet affordability issues) may be reported unless you indicate otherwise. If you provide an example of the impact of A4AI which you would like not be shared then please indicate where that is the case. You can also choose for your responses to be anonymous even to the A4AI team by not providing the name of your organization in question 1.
