Introduction

Kilmacud Crokes are engaging in a Strategic Planning Process to develop a roadmap that will allow us to reach our potential over the next three years. A key part of this process is gathering the views and opinions from all sections of our community, i.e members and community stakeholders.

The Club is hosting a planning workshop on December 5th in the Stillorgan Park Hotel at 7.15pm where all stakeholders are invited to share their views on the future of the club.

We want to gather your ideas in the following areas:
1. Coaching and Games
2. Culture and Community
3. Finance and Fundraising
4. Facilities Development
5. Communications and PR
6. Structures and Administration

The Club Plan
- Will be a practical document
- Will outline the objectives for the club over the next 3 years
- Will be developed by the club and for the club
- Will be reviewed every year

Consulting the stakeholders during a workshop and through the survey allows everyone in the club/community to have their say.

All ideas gathering in each area will be reviewed by the Plan Steering Committee and project teams will be developed to complete the plan document in these key areas.

The Steering Committee consists of:
Martin Byrne, Joan Kehoe
Liam Coughlan, Colm Maher
Mick Crowe, Anne Noctor
Dáibhí dePaor, Jerry O’Brien
Áine Donohue, Liam Óg Ó hÉineacháin
Mark Duncan, Tom Rock
Billy Finn, Maria Ryan
Kevin Foley, Peter Ward

Thank you for your participation and we look forward to receiving your input.
