The Division of Agriculture is interested in hearing from chefs and restaurant owners who may be interested in increasing their use of Alaska Grown meat in their restaurants and businesses. The Board of Agriculture and Conservation will be discussing how to transition Mt. McKinley Meat & Sausage (a state owned USDA facility) to private sector and how to promote the growth of the red meat industry in the state. Please complete the survey below by May 30th, 2014.
