Greetings! Your participation in this study on Métis identity is appreciated. In addition to questions related to identity, there are also questions about your experience as a Metis person.

This is an anonymous 20 question survey that depending on how much detail you provide, will take 10 or more minutes of your time. Though it is hoped you will complete all the questions, you may chose not to answer some/all of the questions, and you may quit the survey at any time.

The information you provide is not recorded until you click the "Done" button. 

While there may be no direct benefit to you as a result of your participation in this survey, it is hoped that valuable information will be gained related to Métis identity, and to the experiences of Metis people.
