Dudley Holiday Play Scheme Survey

We recognise within Dudley borough there are a number of high quality play schemes available for children with disabilities or additional needs. Working Together for Change, current providers and Dudley Children’s Services are working together with the aim of building on what we currently have to develop a coordinated service. To achieve the best service we can we need to know what you as parents and service users value most and what factors are important when choosing the most appropriate play scheme for your child.
