AAUW strives to provide the best possible membership resources. In August, AAUW sent membership vice presidents and other administrators the Leader Essentials package (formerly the Annual Starter Kit) and a link to online materials. The Leader Essentials contain a wealth of information and resources to assist our volunteer leaders in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities for membership recruitment and retention, fundraising, and programming efforts.

As indicated, the Leader Essentials can be accessed on AAUW's website. The questions in this survey ask how you, in your role as a volunteer leader, are using Leader Essentials.

AAUW changed the size and shape of the join brochure last year. We now provide an envelope for the brochure, a slot to put your business card in, a pocket to include your branch brochure, and we used a higher quality paper to make the brochure function as a display piece.
