The Catholic Bishops' Committee for Marriage and Family Life invites all couples who have received marriage preparation this year within the Catholic community in England and Wales* to complete this short survey. Thank you for your time. Your participation is greatly appreciated. Each partner is asked to please take this survey individually.

The purpose of this survey is to clarify how couples experience the marriage preparation courses that are offered to them by the Catholic community. Responses are anonymous.
