1. PREA Training Information

Through collaborative efforts between the Bureau of Juvenile Justice Services (BJJS) , the Bureau of Human Services Licensing (BHSL), Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD), The Pennsylvania Council of Children, Youth & Family Services (PCCYFS) and the Juvenile Detention Centers and Alternative Programs (JDCAP):

This is a 1-day overview for Juvenile Justice Service providers who are interested in becoming PREA compliant.

Each day will start at 9:30 a.m. ending by 3:30 p.m. Lunch will be on your own.

Central Region - July 15 - CCAP Office, 2789 Old Post Rd. Harrisburg, 17106 - Registration Deadline is July 10

Western Region - August 5 - Pittsburgh PATTAN, 3190 William Pitt Way, Pittsburgh,15238 (a gate code will be provided prior to the training date) - Registration Deadline is July 30

Eastern Region - August 19 - SE Area Staff Development Training Center, 23 Boro Line Rd., King of Prussia, 19406 - Registration Deadline is August 13
