2014 Employee Satisfaction Survey to share with others |
Thank you for completing the 2014 employee survey. The Board of Health, Health Commissioner, and Management Team use this information to evaluate and validate our current state, and try to create positive change based upon your responses.
This year we have removed the comment boxes following each question, and instead have left room at the end of the survey for any comments, questions, or suggestions that you have. Please feel free to continue providing your suggestions for improvement at the end of the survey.
This change allows us to analyze responses based upon the overall response data and then review the comments at the end separately.
The second major change to the survey is that we removed the Neutral response. A team of employees led a QI Charter that made this recommendation. As they stated "Neutral is a 'catch-all' response. It tells us nothing". We agreed with this recommendation. Please indicate your level of agreement using one of the four response options available.
We appreciate the thought and time that you have put into your responses, and hope that you agree the Henry County Health Department is moving forward from "Good" to "Great".
