This position is a full time position beginning October. Work days are Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 4:00 pm at the Art Feeds Joplin Office located at 417 E. 7th Street Joplin, MO 64801.
Job Description:
Art Feeds provides therapeutic art and creative education programs to children by partnering with schools and children's organizations. The duties of the Executive Director are to oversee and conduct administrative and operational processes of Joplin; maintain accurate financial status and expand financial resources; oversee staff and volunteers; gain and maintain community awareness and involvement; manage and lead Art Feeds Joplin and execute the Art Feeds mission.

Minimum Qualifications:

+Bachelor’s degree in education, art, social work, business, finance, non-profit management, or other related field
+3+ years experience

Working Conditions:
+The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 40% sitting, 30% walking, and 30% standing.
+This job is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment.
+Position requires typical Monday – Friday office hours, in addition to occasional night and weekend functions or duties.
