Two conceptual “Request for Interest” submissions were received during the first step in the redevelopment of the Mill Road library. The concepts were reviewed by an internal panel and the MPL Board of Trustees’ Building & Development Committee.

The Committee recommended issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the project. The responses may include refined versions of these conceptual developments or new proposals. The RFPs were due November 18th.
